This brain still rocks in many setups as it
has great features and sounds, especially when
coupled with the tweaked VEX kits.
Younger brother to the previous flagship TD-20
It is in excellent working condition –
I have tested all functions, updated the
system to 1.11 (the latest) and given it a
tear-down and clean.
There are a few small marks to the casing
and surface scratches that you’d expect.
The module screen is solid – please see pics
there is one vertical line of pixels on the far right
that is absent – you can see it on the screen pic
where is says “reset” – between the s and e.
It doesn’t get in the way of using it whatsoever
but best to be honest. Price reflects condition and
what is included.
I have seen many td-12
units that need the lcd changing and this is not one
of those! No fading or striping.
Volume knobs are tight and smooth.
All good to go.

With the same pro-quality sound as the TD-20, the TD-12 drum module provides hundreds of expressive instruments and play-along sequences in a streamlined, affordable package. Many of the sounds in the TD-12, from drums to cymbals, are COSM modeled for the ultimate in expression and realism. The module provides the same large, icon-based LCD as its big brother, and is housed in a road-tough, gun-metal gray chassis with a friendly array of buttons, controls, and mix sliders. A dozen trigger inputs are provided, plus four audio outputs and MIDI I/O.
